Q. Why I'm getting an error when I try to add a new Income Snapshot?
A. Usually, it's a bad address. Go back to the Household Basic Info and look at the address. What I usually see is a completely bad address that was imported wrong, or part of the address is missing. Sometimes, it's missing the County or City, but everything else is there. If you can't open it up... take a screenshot of the address, then delete the problem address. Create a whole new one using the on-screen prompts. Once the address saves and things look good, try to add your income snapshot once again. It should add without a problem. If you continue to have this problem, please submit a ticket to your EmpowOR Adminastrator.
