Q. I am missing a document from a household. Is there a way to retrieve it?
A. If the Participant was ever in another household, it is possible that the document is still there. Go to the Document Management for that household and select that participant in the Participant view section. I find many times, where staff does not realize the participant was in a different household, but the document is there. If the document does show up, there is a "copy" icon to copy that document into the current household. If you still can't find the document, please submit a ticket to your EmpowOR Administrator.
