We are excited to announce a new system for submitting monthly inventory data: CAP60. This change will streamline the process and make submissions easier for everyone.

Key Changes:

  • All inventory submissions will be made through CAP60.
  • Monthly inventory submission links will no longer be sent.
  • Inventory data will now be entered directly online through the new system.
  • You can edit your inventory directly online without needing additional assistance.
  • These changes take effect in May. Your April inventory data will be entered into the new system at that time.

 

Training Opportunities:

Zoom training sessions will be offered in April, they are as follows.

Monday April 6, 2026 at 10AM to 11 AM.

Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 10 AM to 11 AM.

Monday April 13, 2026 at 1 PM to 2 PM.

Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 1 PM to 2 PM.

Monday April 20, 2026 at 10AM to 11 AM.

Wednesday April 22, 2026 at 1 PM to 2 PM.

Monday April 27, 2026 at 1 PM to 2 PM.

Thursday April 30, 2026 at 10AM to 11 AM.

Next Steps:

  1. Review the attached training materials for the new CAP60 system.
  2. Attend a Zoom training session or schedule a one-on-one if needed.
  3. Log in to CAP60 before your next submission to confirm access.
  4. Submit your April inventory data in May through CAP60.
